About our items
We make every effort to describe, photograph, and represent each piece as accurately as possible. Due to variations in monitors and how different browsers and systems handle data, the color of a piece may be seen different from monitor to monitor. Mostly, our color descriptions are the standard color names, or something you can relate to like crayola crayon colors.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are processed in the order they are received and normally go to mail between 2 to 3 days from receiving them, and only after receiving payment. If you are in a rush or have a timeline to meet please e-mail us, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Rush Orders
M.O. Store can rush deliver for an additional charge over our regular shipping charges. Please email us at orders@muslimahonline.org to be sure that your item is in stock and available for rush delivery and for the additional costs to your location. Please note that we may require one or two business days for the preparation of your order.
Payment Methods
We accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards via PayPal. PayPal allows you to directly transfer from your bank account and make purchases securely without revealing your credit card number or financial information.
All amounts are in US dollars. Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check clears. There is a $30.00 charge for all returned checks. Make Money Orders/Personal Checks payable to: M.O. Store.
Delivery and Shipping of Items
All domestic orders of $100 or more are shipped courtesy of M.O. Store! All orders are shipped withing 24-48 hours of receiving payment. To allow for the preparation of your special jewelry piece, please allow 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) for the delivery of your package via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Return Policy on Ready-made Items
We want you to be happy or hopefully thrilled with your jewelry. If for any reason, you are not, please contact us at returns@muslimahonline.org and we will arrange to exchange your purchase. You may return the jewelry to us within 30 days of receipt. If your purchase was damaged or defective, we will refund the shipping costs (original and return) in addition to the purchase price. Please e-mail us to let us know that you will be sending a return and the reason for the return before sending back any items.
Return Policy on Custom-made Items
If we have custom-made something to fit a specific size, we normally do not offer a refund for any reason other than faulty or damaged goods. Please contact us first if you feel you need to return anything for any other reason. All items can be made up to fit a specific size, we ask that you state this on your order if necessary. The pictures on the website give a good representation of the items, but remember that markings of stone will vary slightly due to their being a natural substance. We may need to charge a little more for the extra beads involved in making up bracelets, chokers or necklaces that are much larger than average.
